Our heater stopped working Sunday 2/22, the day of a winter storm. At 6:09 they said a service technician was on the way. 2 hours later no one showed up, so we called and were told that no one was going to come out because of the storm. So why are we paying for emergency services when they won't come out during an emergency. On top of that the answering service manager said his name was Ed then I found out his name was really Bruce. I highly recommend that no one uses this company.

10/27/2025: Beware of this oil company at all cost - I was a 25 year customer and my annual contract expired and they charged me $4.99 a gallon when the going rate is $3.10 a gallon. They will tell you they will lower the cost if I sign another year contract @ $3.89/gallon. Do you self a favor and shop around and you will save a considerable amount of money. I ran out of fuel last night and a truck came this morning and filled my tank along with a technician named Cody. Excellent service. Cody was very professional in handling the problem.

Thank you for your immediate and professional response - I woke up without heat this morning - with temperatures at 7 degrees - The dispatcher responded immediately and the service call was completed expeditiously and professionally -I am now enjoying a warm house again!
