I spoke with a customer service representative in order to get some paperwork about our decommissioned oil tank. Initially she said she could not help with this request, but nonetheless, she did some investigating and found out the name of the company who had done the work and the date when it was done. She could not have been more helpful and went way beyond what she needed to do. Thank you!!

I was very pleased with my interaction with Veronica yesterday. She explained the correct payment and due date that is upcoming. She is very patient and thorough . I highly recommend her.

Our heater stopped working Sunday 2/22, the day of a winter storm. At 6:09 they said a service technician was on the way. 2 hours later no one showed up, so we called and were told that no one was going to come out because of the storm. So why are we paying for emergency services when they won't come out during an emergency. On top of that the answering service manager said his name was Ed then I found out his name was really Bruce. I highly recommend that no one uses this company.

10/27/2025: Beware of this oil company at all cost - I was a 25 year customer and my annual contract expired and they charged me $4.99 a gallon when the going rate is $3.10 a gallon. They will tell you they will lower the cost if I sign another year contract @ $3.89/gallon. Do you self a favor and shop around and you will save a considerable amount of money. It's always a pleasure to deal with the good folks at Altemos. My initial call with Rachel was very pleasant and informative (but I got disconnected), as was my subsequent exchange with Veronica. Both did a great job and convinced me that renewing our contract was the best way to go. Veronica closed the deal and got us on track for another year. Keep up the great work!
