The service is always fast and efficient. Our service and Economy contract save us money. We could not be more satisfied. We called at 7 o'clock this morning and a technician was there at eight and finished by nine. The best.

Today we spoke with Claudia to renew our service contract and our new oil contract. She’s very helpful took her time explained everything we’ve been with altemos and now it’s HOp since 1991 when we bought our home, we’ve always had wonderful service and we would highly recommend Hop. There’s always someone there to answer the phone and like I said, Claudia was a wonderful helper.

I needed to change (update) my Credit Card number for AutoPay and couldn't do it myself. I thus called Altemos for help. The lady (rep) I talked to had a TON of patience. She also had major problems getting my payment card to update. However, she (and I) stuck with it and, FINALLY, we were able to change my card number to the new one. I was really surprised and pleased with her patience. I have been with the same company for oil delivery in the Pocono Mountains of PA since 1983. They have always been terrific!

It's always a pleasure to deal with the good folks at Altemos. My initial call with Rachel was very pleasant and informative (but I got disconnected), as was my subsequent exchange with Veronica. Both did a great job and convinced me that renewing our contract was the best way to go. Veronica closed the deal and got us on track for another year. Keep up the great work!
