10/27/2025: Beware of this oil company at all cost - I was a 25 year customer and my annual contract expired and they charged me $4.99 a gallon when the going rate is $3.10 a gallon. They will tell you they will lower the cost if I sign another year contract @ $3.89/gallon. Do you self a favor and shop around and you will save a considerable amount of money. I ran out of fuel last night and a truck came this morning and filled my tank along with a technician named Cody. Excellent service. Cody was very professional in handling the problem.

I have been with Altemos ever since I moved into my house 20 years ago and always had pleasant conversations however this is the first time I actually felt customer service was rude the lady was annoyed with me for asking questions as stated before I’ve never really had no issues with customer service but this was this lady was a definite turn off😡
