She also consulted with her supervisor to request additional discounts and helped me figure out the issue so that I could access my online account. It's been a difficult year for me. Through this last year, my husband was sick and in a nursing home and recently passed away. He always took care of everything at home. Now the job is mine. Automatic TLC has been the company we've dealt with for many years. Through no fault of theirs, I have had to replace my chimney lining my hot water heater and also my oil tank. The house is old. Teresa and Barbara have been wonderful! Helping me getting through the process of setting up with a new account and technical support when the site won't let me do what I need to do. I wish more customer support people were as helpful and friendly.

On a Sunday, we had a … no hot water … issue. Furnace was not turning on. Called emergency service and Anthony came out and resolved the issue, and made sure system was cycling and continued to function properly. THANK YOU!
