Spoke with Claudia as I had questions about my current Price Plan and service contract. She provided me with the information that I needed verified. She assured me that my Service plan was current and set to expire next July but that my price protection was set to expire on end of decided that I would be subject to the rack price which was very high compared to the protection plan. I was having trouble signing in to my acct to pick a plan for 2026. I spoke with Rita who was extremely helpful in getting me all set up. She even scheduled my furnace cleaning before we were done. She wasn’t just helpful, she was very pleasant.
I had an explosion yesterday blew my chimney off my roof and the regulator of the furnace. Yesterday I called for service had a gentleman come from Sterling. He explains to me I can’t help you , you need to clean your chimney! I have no heat I will have pipes breaking sorry I can’t help you I have 2 more calls to finish. So I called 8 chimney companies only one came today cleaned my furnace and replaced the top of my chimney. He said your chimney was not that bad to have this happen. She also consulted with her supervisor to request additional discounts and helped me figure out the issue so that I could access my online account. She was very helpful and represents your company well.
It's been a difficult year for me. Through this last year, my husband was sick and in a nursing home and recently passed away. He always took care of everything at home. Now the job is mine.
