Spoke with Claudia as I had questions about my current Price Plan and service contract. She provided me with the information that I needed verified. She assured me that my Service plan was current and set to expire next July but that my price protection was set to expire on end of decided that I would be subject to the rack price which was very high compared to the protection plan. They (hop) took 1800 out of my bank account without authorization. They are only supposed to take about $160 a month according to their own budget they gave me, and no other automatic payments are set up. They left my family of 6 with $50 for a week with no way to contact them as they took my money AFTER HOURS with NO WAY to contact them. Avoid this business at all costs because it will COST you. I was having trouble signing in to my acct to pick a plan for 2026. I spoke with Rita who was extremely helpful in getting me all set up. She even scheduled my furnace cleaning before we were done. She wasn’t just helpful, she was very pleasant.
