It's been a difficult year for me. Through this last year, my husband was sick and in a nursing home and recently passed away. He always took care of everything at home. Now the job is mine. Automatic TLC has been the company we've dealt with for many years. Through no fault of theirs, I have had to replace my chimney lining my hot water heater and also my oil tank. The house is old. On a Sunday, we had a … no hot water … issue. Furnace was not turning on. Called emergency service and Anthony came out and resolved the issue, and made sure system was cycling and continued to function properly. THANK YOU!

I am a long time customer and called today to ask about setting a cap on the price of oil. I had not done it in the fall and the price went up with each delivery. Claudia was very helpful. She sent me a contract right away and arranged a credit on my last delivery. Thank you Claudia!
