I just had the best experience with Dean Bouchard. Amazing technician who went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and that thinks were working efficiently . He provided me with Information, answered my questions and even set up a service I needed for my chimney. So grateful!!
i had a billing issue that came up as I was billed for a service call that I had placed even though I have an annual maintenance contract to cover server. I found out afterwards that part of the service was not covered under my maintenance contract and ATLC credited my account full the full amount that was not covered since it had not been properly communicated to my by the technician when he was on site. Excellent customer service by the billing team!
Hello, I had a unique situation where I needed to re-instate my account and to get a maintenance plan after being put on hold due to falling behind on payments from installation of a new boiler and oil tank a few years ago. My call was handled very well and I was able to sign up for a competitive price and service plan. I'm looking forward to getting my equipment checked out and running at maximum efficiency and to receive my first delivery of the season.
Today TLC came to fill our oil tank. While here, the garbage man came by and dumped our trash, but then let the can down hard and it was left on its back. Frank Head, our driver on this delivery, picked it up and brought it to the house with us then moved our recycle bin back to its spot it was originally in. To see someone go above and beyond a usual delivery was a welcome treat. Thank you FRANK-----I watched your actions and it spoke volumes about your work ethic and your company. Very much appreciate that kind gesture.
We were having problems with our furnace shutting off periodically . Dean B. serviced the furnace and replaced the primary control. He was patient and showed us how to turn on the furnace if needed. He knew exactly what to do in a difficult situation. We have no problem since. Bonna Neuhauser ..
