Tony T. (Anthony) did a fantastic job correcting the mistakes other Service Technicians had left us with. Last Tuesday, 6/2/26, we had our scheduled annual maintenance performed on our Furnace. Next day -- no heat or hot water. 2nd visit on Thursday didn't fix the problem. On Friday night, 3rd service call, we got our heat and hot water back. They (hop) took 1800 out of my bank account without authorization. They are only supposed to take about $160 a month according to their own budget they gave me, and no other automatic payments are set up. They left my family of 6 with $50 for a week with no way to contact them as they took my money AFTER HOURS with NO WAY to contact them. Avoid this business at all costs because it will COST you. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ! SCAM. Constant issue with them over charger every year I argue with them and Im always told well you still have to pay or it will go to collections I will be changing companies asap. THEY NEVER FOLLOW THE OIL PRICES . WHEN IT GOES DOWN I STILL HET CHARGED THE HIGHEST. THEY ADD FEES IN TOP OF FEES. AND AND RANDOM SERVICE JOBS THAT NEVER WAS DONE OR REQUEST BY BE . LOOK AT YOUR BILL. THEY SHOULD BE SUED

I was having trouble signing in to my acct to pick a plan for 2026. I spoke with Rita who was extremely helpful in getting me all set up. She even scheduled my furnace cleaning before we were done. She wasn’t just helpful, she was very pleasant.
