After a brief power outage on Fri afternoon our heat would not come on. Called and Joe the technician (didn't get his last name) came out within an hour and a half. Very knowledgeable and polite had us up and running in no time. I can't thank Joe and Brinkers enough. Thank you.

We had a technician come out to service our group home today at the last minute. The technician was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He educated me on how to check the levels of oil and some other stuff. Thank you for providing such great service!

Spoke with Claudia, the other day. She helped me to renew my contract. She was the most pleasant and helpful person ever! She made everything so simple. Hopefully she is regarded as a valued employee. It was a pleasure speaking with her.

I called Energy Kinetics and asked them to recommend a local company that is knowledgeable with the System 2000 boiler (The previous company I used was OK but they admitted they were not that familiar with this system). Energy Kinetics tech support suggested Brinker’s Energy and the technician that showed up (Pat) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
