After a brief power outage on Fri afternoon our heat would not come on. Called and Joe the technician (didn't get his last name) came out within an hour and a half. Very knowledgeable and polite had us up and running in no time. I can't thank Joe and Brinkers enough. Thank you.
Jan 28, 2026 - 7 straight days below freezing With the extremely cold temperatures recently I had questions about my unit installed by HOP Energy in 2021. It took 5 years to get the type of weather that really is testing my system. No issues just questions about operations of the unit. Sasha was pleasant and helpful and helped me resolve all 3 of my issues in a very timely fashion!
Brinker’s showed up almost immediately when I had no heat on the coldest day of the year. Learned a lot; keep a path dug out for the service technician and keep equipment free of ice and snow!
