I called Energy Kinetics and asked them to recommend a local company that is knowledgeable with the System 2000 boiler (The previous company I used was OK but they admitted they were not that familiar with this system). Energy Kinetics tech support suggested Brinker’s Energy and the technician that showed up (Pat) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. HOP Energy sent me a letter advising me that due to the extremely cold weather, I would soon be going over my contracted amount of heating oil. I called HOP and one of their representatives told me what my options were. Claudia was extremely knowledgeable and carefully let me know how to proceed.
