I called Energy Kinetics and asked them to recommend a local company that is knowledgeable with the System 2000 boiler (The previous company I used was OK but they admitted they were not that familiar with this system). Energy Kinetics tech support suggested Brinker’s Energy and the technician that showed up (Pat) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Olivia at the front desk is an absolute gem! She walked me through every step of the process and made sure I was taken care of. The techs were great too- fast and professional.
Loss of hot water. Tech arrived in 3 hrs from call. Tech was very knowledgeable and ran several tests to isolate problem. Problem rectified.
