I used Cernak for a year, but declined to renew this winter. We had issues with our boiler at the start of the winter and had to call the Cernak service tech out twice. He was a nice guy but didn't seem to have any idea how to troubleshoot the boiler, despite it being relatively new. We ended up hiring a separate company to come take a look at it and they identified and resolved the issue quickly.
It has been a pleasure having Cernak Fuel for the past 14 years after purchasing the family homestead from my siblings and my parents used Cernak Fuel before that time. You have worked with me and my family for many years and are always available if a problem arises. As a widow living on a limited income your payment plan is easy for me to manage. Thank you for working with me.
Veronica was so kind and helpful as she helped me establish a new contract. My current contract was ending (but not yet completed) and she was able to schedule the final delivery so I could then create a new contract. Thanks Veronica for walking me thru these details as well as explaining clearly all of the charges. Super helpful.
After some phone difficulty I was happy that Veronica was able to assist with both my order for fuel oil and booking my furnace cleaning. She was very pleasant and patient, answering my questions.
