I called HOP to clarify the billing invoice from my recent oil furnace repair. Monica was the customer service rep that answered. She delved into my account quickly and came up with the answer in no time. Additionally, while she was checking my budget service plan, she noticed that my plan was expiring. This company is actively trying to scam my mother out of $2,000 by claiming she didn’t make a deposit. However, when reviewing her bank statement it’s ABUNDANTLY CLEAR that a deposit was made. We sent a screenshot to the company to prove that the $2,000 was drawn from the account by their company, but they’re somehow still attempting to claim that the deposit wasn’t made. Highly, highly advise working with another company for your energy needs.
