I wrote the following review (below the dashed line) 7 years ago and have continued with Dominick to the present. I was worried when they sold their business to a larger company that the quality of customer service would decline. So far deliveries have been uneventful; we’ve had no maintenance or repair calls. Today I had a very positive phone call with one of their scheduling/billing representatives. We had a lot to cover and the call took quite a while. The staff ( and particularly the Loyalty Department) were extremely helpful in explaining and helping me choose a Price Protection Plan. The contract uses a formula based on the "Rack Price," which is not necessarily the easiest to understand. However, the staff readily spent as much time as necessary to ensure that I fully understood and was comfortable with the arrangements. You really couldn't ask for nicer, more professional people. Just a pleasure to deal with!
