Olivia was extremely helpful today in scheduling a tune up service for my furnace in a timely manner. I’m a long time customer of Dominick Oil and appreciate their attention to detail and outstanding service.
We had a wonderful experience with Veronica at Hop/Dominick fuel regarding our renewal contract. She clearly explained all of our options. The pricing was competitive with the market and their service over the past few years has been exceptional. We are very comfortable with Hop/Dominick as our fuel supplier.
My family has been a customer for 16 years and we have always had great experiences. These past two days, though, people have really helped us out. The customer representative was extremely helpful. She helped me with two problems that I was having. One problem required her to stay on the line with me for over a ½ hour and she did until it was resolved.
