We had a wonderful experience with Veronica at Hop/Dominick fuel regarding our renewal contract. She clearly explained all of our options. The pricing was competitive with the market and their service over the past few years has been exceptional. We are very comfortable with Hop/Dominick as our fuel supplier.

My family has been a customer for 16 years and we have always had great experiences. These past two days, though, people have really helped us out. One of our mini split AC units was breaking down and the upstairs of our home was hot and humid. Not only did Dominick get someone out to the house within 36 hours of me calling, the technician was as pleasant as can be and very quick. The customer representative was extremely helpful. She helped me with two problems that I was having. One problem required her to stay on the line with me for over a ½ hour and she did until it was resolved.
