We woke up and found out we had no hot water. We called Kaufman/Hop Energy in Bridgeport for emergency service and they were very professional, understanding, and willing to help solve the matter. Kaufman scheduled an appointment for that same afternoon. We were so thankful when the tech (Carlos T.) called and arrived earlier than expected. I had a wonderful customer experience with Claudia today. I have been a customer of Kaufman/HOP Energy for sometime now and had some questions about my fuel contract. Claudia was terrific in reviewing my account and explaining my options. When I have needed service in the past, Kaufman was always punctual and able to correct the situation.
After 2 unsuccessful attempts to schedule annual service, my call was answered by Monica who was fantastic. She worked with me to get our service scheduled on a date and time that works for me. More than thought she was sympathetic and truly cared. Thank you Monica!
Customer service is great. Sandy was exceptionally helpful today in getting my new contract and budget set up as well as scheduling annual service appt.
My air conditioning unit was not working during this latest heatwave... I called kaufman service, even though I knew they were very busy. I needed it fixed right away because I was going to be out of town for 2and a half weeks and I was concerned about a pet I had. Ed and Mike came and quickly diagnosed the problem.
