An electronic payment made a month ago had not posted. I called Mercury Fuel (Hop Energy) and spoke to two very helpful, professional women. Within a few hours, everything was handled and corrected. I've been a long-time customer and will continue to be.

Update 01-24-2025: due to their increased costs over other oil delivery companies, we opted to change companies. Though we have been customers for nearly 20 years, they offered no flexibility or the ability to communicate why their prices were dollars above companies. Sadly, we needed to move on. They were fine with that. I have been a customer of Mercury Fuel for over 15 years. They never fail to provide excellent customer service, oil delivery, and furnace service. Great company , great service, great representatives ! I spoke with a representative named Jonathan who was a patient , quintessential gentleman throughout every one of my elderly questions and consequent repeated questions ! It is a pleasure to talk to service representatives who are so helpful, kind and carefully walk you through every step of purchasing a pre pay oil plan .
