I would like to thank everyone at Metro for having amazing staff across the board. From the service technician who services my furnace to the representative who came to educate me on replacing the tank. Today Metro came to replace an old oil tank that's probably at least 65 years old. A crew of three arrived and went straight to work removing the remaining oil and putting it into a temporary tank in my driveway. Then proceeded to cut the old steel tank into pieces and removed it. My family has been a long time customer of Metro Energy for fuel oil and furnace service, and today I had another great service visit from a technician named JOHN. I had several questions for him besides his main mission for the annual furnace inspection, but he very patiently addressed all my concerns, and took the time to explain everything to me. I have had great service from Metro overall, and I would suggest them to anyone with fuel oil needs.
Today I just spoke with Claudia, your rep, who was immensely helpful in helping me discern the available options & pricing for renewing my Oil Program Agreement. I appreciate that she was very patient & so clear in explaining the nuances of the choices offered. I was able to make my selection & “lock in” for another year as a result of her intervention.
