I had my boiler serviced by Metro Energy, and the technician, John Martin, was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and answer my questions. The service was thorough, efficient, and left me feeling confident everything was running properly. It’s refreshing to have a technician who truly cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend Metro Energy and especially John Martin.
The technician came today to perform my yearly furnace maintenance. He did an excellent job. Additionally, he let me know about issues with the furnace that I needed to address. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I'm a long time customer, very happy with their services.
I would like to thank everyone at Metro for having amazing staff across the board. From the service technician who services my furnace to the representative who came to educate me on replacing the tank. Today Metro came to replace an old oil tank that's probably at least 65 years old. A crew of three arrived and went straight to work removing the remaining oil and putting it into a temporary tank in my driveway. Then proceeded to cut the old steel tank into pieces and removed it. I called to order oil because I was worried that my 1/4 of a tank wouldn’t last until my next delivery. Claudia assured me that it would, but scheduled a delivery sooner to give me peace of mind. Claudia respected my concern, which I so appreciated. Claudia also reviewed my account and answered all of my questions. Thank you Claudia and Metro for excellent customer service.
I will be receiving my first delivery today, and wanted to setup an account online, so I called because I did not know my account number. Your customer service rep, Debbie was superb! In addition to providing me with the number, she volunteered to walk me through the enrollment process. Debbie patiently walked me through each step, providing detailed and precise instruction, and was a pleasure to work with.
