Veronica, the rep who assisted me, was so patient, professional, helpful and made me feel that HOP had my best interests in mind. I have been a customer for many many years and have always been extremely satisfied with all aspects of services provided to me as well as any customer service experiences.
Have had HOP for a number of years. Always dependable and quick to respond to our home energy needs. Three years ago, we had a new furnace installed. We finally replaced the original big old furnace that came with the house in 1977, took up a giant footprint, and was not very efficient. Reasonable monthly payments over three years and a new very efficient unit that works great. Thanx HOP!
I would like to thank everyone at Metro for having amazing staff across the board. From the service technician who services my furnace to the representative who came to educate me on replacing the tank. Today Metro came to replace an old oil tank that's probably at least 65 years old. A crew of three arrived and went straight to work removing the remaining oil and putting it into a temporary tank in my driveway. Then proceeded to cut the old steel tank into pieces and removed it. I have always had a pleasant experience with HOP Energy. They were very helpful in assisting me to obtain a better price for a ‘top off’ of my oil tank this month since my plan was going to expire and not cover what I needed. I would recommend this company for your fuel oil needs and if you need any other work with your system.
