I had a pleasure today of meeting one of Oil Express’s employees. The gentleman‘s name was Seth. The reason for the call was I had no heat in my home. Oil Express is at my house within the hour. Seth did a diagnostics on my boiler which is 35 years old at this point in time it has outlived it’s worthiness set advise me to move forward and having a system put in. Recently we had to replace our 20 year old oil tank. Our Oil company for many years has given us great service. For this particular job, Oil Express/Hop Energy orchestrated a most organized and coordinated experience we've ever had. I called Oil Express to ask about a service contract for our oil burner we purchased 18 months ago. We have been very happy heating oil customers of this company for 25 years! The representative, Chris, was helpful in explaining the details of the service contract, and we have now have excellent coverage for our oil burner system. Thank you!
