We just had two outside units (four indoors) installed by the Gansevoort crew from Rycor. We would give them five stars for the outstanding job that they did. They showed up on time and were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. They showed great respect for our house and worked around its idiosyncrasies. We would highly recommend the Gansevoort crew from Ryco.
I just had 5 units installed by Wilton Rycor LLC and want to acknowledge the hard work of the 4 installers who braved the 90 degree weather to get the job done. They were pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. So kudos and my thanks to Tom, Joe, Sean and Nick. My house has never been this comfortable and I hope the Winter will be the same. Keep up the good work and outstanding customer service. Also, thanks to Jonathan Block who did our assessment and sized the units for optimal function!
We had an excellent experience with Rycor installing split units for us. They came in with an extremely knowledgeable and helpful consultation and quoted us an estimated price of half the competing offer. Both instillation (7 years?) and the units (12 year) had a great warranty. They were able to offer this because they are a diamond elite rated Mitsubishi contractor.
