Rycor installed minisplits at our place in early October. Steven and his crew are top-notch. They were very thorough and gave guidance on where the indoor handlers should go. The process was very smooth, and the whole crew including the electrician are very professional. After installation, Rycor was very helpful at answering my questions.

5 stars across the board - I did a LOT of research and homework on setting up my system. Only minor consideration for home owners - Make sure you confirm the color of the line set covers. They put beige on our house and we really would have wanted white. Definitely something to ask ahead of time!

Update...local branch manager called. Call center did not enter the service call properly (or at all) and service has been rescheduled. Scheduled service 2 or more weeks ago. Given a date and 4 hour window. Now 3 hours past that 4 hour window ... no show, no call. When appointment was scheduled (with what sounded like a call center) no questions asked about what needed service (whether it be a yearly maintenance or if there was a problem). Steven and his team installed 8 total heating and cooling units. The team was professional, courteous and efficient as the entire process was completed in a single morning. The work was done incredibly well and not a trace was left over that anyone had even been in the house once they had finished. Would gladly work with this company again.

Very happy with the install and the product. In the middle of a series of below freezing days and everything is running great. We are nice and warm inside. The installation crew was amazing. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Steven Ragone perfectly manages an amazing team.
