Very happy with the install and the product. In the middle of a series of below freezing days and everything is running great. We are nice and warm inside. The installation crew was amazing. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Steven Ragone perfectly manages an amazing team.
Very thorough from start to finish. The estimator took time to explain the system and to size the spaces in the house to be heated and cooled. The project manager kept us informed every step of the way. The install team was friendly, professional and talented. As a diamond elite Mitsubishi dealer they specialize in heat pump, mini split technology. I highly recommend this company and would not think twice having them to do work for me in the future should the need arise.
We worked with Steven and his team. They arrived on time and were efficient and our installation was 1 day as promised. They left our home and yard just as they found it and we're very professional. We are ready for the summer heat and humidity.
We had a great experience from start to finish with Rycor! We had a mini-split installed in our garage and needed additional electric work. The team was very knowledgeable as a Mitsubisi dealer and walked us through everything. Our town was very slow with permits but Mary always kept us up to date and made sure everything was moving forward. The electric work and installation was completed all in one day and the team did a great job! We would definitely use them again for repairs and maintenance on all of our units.
