Erica was absolutely wonderful to work with! Our house has a pretty unusual layout, which made figuring out the right mini-split system a little complicated, but she was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She sent us multiple revised quotes as we worked through different options and answered all of our questions, often at all hours of the day and night! We really appreciated how easy she made the whole process. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Erica!

I had an outstanding experience with my new Rycor HVAC system! Erica, the sales representative, was professional, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. She took the time to explain all of my options and helped me choose the perfect system for my home and budget. Gene, the technician, did an excellent job with the installation. He was punctual, courteous, and clearly takes pride in his work. If I could give Erica, the sales representative, 10 stars, I would, as I've never had an experience with a sales person who went so far out of their way to be helpful. Erica answered all of my questions promptly and clearly, and never lost patience. She also went out of her way to understand my needs and to find a system that would best suit my house.
