Erica did a wonderful job explaining the mini split system options available for our needs. She took the time to evaluate our home to come up with best value plan for now and in the future. The RYCOR team of installers, led by Marcus, were courteous, clean and professional. The system is working smoothly, and we are happy with the products. If you are in need of a mini split heating and cooling system, I would request pricing from RYCOR to see if they can work for you.

We had an absolute A+ experience with Rycor. Customer service was beyond our expectations! We called them because we had another company bail on us at the last minute. The saleswoman, Erica, was at our home the next day. She drove over an hour to get to us. Gave us a more than fair quote, followed up the next day to see if there was anything further she could assist with. She had the team out to us this week.
