Over the last several years Valley Oil has provided excellent service. In particular, their first-rate customer service is commendable. Very responsive and always friendly. My recent experience with Veronica provided another example of Valley Oil's commitment to excellence in customer care. Others in the past, including Chris and Oneal have also provided a similar level of customer service. Thank you!

We signed on with Valley Oil 4 years ago when we moved to Portland and we have always been pleased with the service we have received. The customer service team is professional, pleasant and kind. The service technicians have always gone above and beyond to make sure our equipment is running efficiently. If you prefer to work with companies who have a family-first mentality, this is the company for you.

Dale came to clean furnace and air conditioner last week. He was the most pleasant and helpful person. We have been customers of valley oil for many many years and are extremely happy with the service we have always received. Very grateful for valley oil and their employees.

I recently called to renew my yearly oil contract. I talked to Janice. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She took my information and was able to give me a quote right away! I was very Happy with the results. I am always very satisfied with their service. Thanks Again Janice!

I recently converted my heating system from oil to propane and the entire team at Valley Oil / Hop Energy did an excellent job. There were a few issues with the high efficiency boiler after the installation, but their team was very helpful and were able to resolve them with some tweaks. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
