I received a text message on Tuesday 2/24 at 6:40pm alerting me of a delivery attempt scheduled for the next day. I called and told the rep that they could not deliver because the path wasn't clear, it was pitch black, I am 73 yrs old and they had not provided me sufficient notice to clear a path. I have been a customer for 20 years My lock in price plan expired. I was told I would have to pay $280 to secure a price.75 cents above other companies advertised price. I thought after 20 years of loyalty I should get a bit of a break. The customer service person was rude and told me I wasn't getting anything.
