Customer service... today I waited for several minutes for someone to answer the phone... no big deal... last week I called for account information because I wanted to pay off my balance. The woman last week really had no clue what she was doing, and I don't remember her name, but wow, she doesn't belong in customer service... so I waited for a week, and today I called again hoping to speak to someone who could be helpful.
