Maria was incredibly helpful. She spent over an hour walking me through a very confusing new contract line by line, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. She never rushed me and made sure I fully understood everything. Outstanding customer service and truly appreciated.
Customer service... today I waited for several minutes for someone to answer the phone... no big deal... last week I called for account information because I wanted to pay off my balance. We are currently in FL with a ring camera on our oil tank. We are showing less than 1/4 left in tank and we are automatic delivery. Even though their records show differently, they are sending a delivery truck to fill the tank. Thank you r willing to be “better safe than sorry”
