Customer service... today I waited for several minutes for someone to answer the phone... no big deal... last week I called for account information because I wanted to pay off my balance. The woman last week really had no clue what she was doing, and I don't remember her name, but wow, she doesn't belong in customer service... so I waited for a week, and today I called again hoping to speak to someone who could be helpful. Over the last several years Valley Oil has provided excellent service. In particular, their first-rate customer service is commendable. Very responsive and always friendly. My recent experience with Veronica provided another example of Valley Oil's commitment to excellence in customer care. Others in the past, including Chris and Oneal have also provided a similar level of customer service. Thank you!

We signed on with Valley Oil 4 years ago when we moved to Portland and we have always been pleased with the service we have received. The customer service team is professional, pleasant and kind. The service technicians have always gone above and beyond to make sure our equipment is running efficiently. If you prefer to work with companies who have a family-first mentality, this is the company for you.

Dale came to clean furnace and air conditioner last week. He was the most pleasant and helpful person. We have been customers of valley oil for many many years and are extremely happy with the service we have always received. Very grateful for valley oil and their employees.
