Great company! Skilled, responsive, human. Scott and all at RYCOR are an absolute pleasure to work with. Installing three Mitsubishi units in my house was a big investment. They were beyond patient working out all the specs and details, and making sure I got the best bang for my buck -- including maximum rebates. It's been a long time since I've experienced this kind of service. Bravo!

I talked to Scott on Thursday, and he was able to fit me in to install a split-type AC unit the following day due to a cancellation. When the two-man crew arrived, it was discovered that the incorrect unit was loaded onto the truck that morning. After a quick phone call, Scott himself drove from New Paltz to Beacon with the correct unit. He also called another two-man crew to help expedite the installation in a timely fashion. More businesses need to be as caring, honest and professional as Rycor.

Used Rycor again to adjust my Nest/AC connection. Called last week and had appointment today. They gave me window and called twice today when running behind. Still came even though after 6pm. These guys are great and would highly recommend. Appreciate they kept me informed what was happening. Thank you Rycor!

My experience with Scott and his Team has been great. I had central air installed to an existing forced air system and a Mitsubishi Split System placed on the top floor in order to provide heat and cooling. First of all, everything was handled professionally and in no time. I compare this to another company that inspected my home, said that I'd hear from them in two weeks and avoided me for the next two months. The team at Rycor was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. Scott personally answered all my questions and was able to ease all of my concerns. His technicians were very respectful and did the installation in a professional and timely manner being respectful of my house and mindful of my many animals. If you're in the Hudson Valley I highly suggest at minimum a consolation with RyCor, from my experience it would be hard to regret and you cannot find a better service with such a genuine work ethic.

Very impressed with the service. I had scheduled an afternoon appointment for later that week to fix my HVAC and check out a non-working thermostat. Marie called Monday evening to say that if I was home, she had a tech right in the area if I preferred that evening. I did. John was personable, clean, articulate and quick; he was able to diagnose both problems, had parts in the truck, and, BAM!, done in an hour. Consistently excellent service. I highly recommend calling Rycor for heating and air conditioning repairs. We have an old system, every time we think it's on its last legs, Rycor's awesome techs have been able to do a reasonably priced repair that saves us from having to spend thousands on a new system.

Had a heating problem about a month or two ago and someone came the same day I called. He was there for about an hour and a half and I had my heat back for a fair price! I highly recommend them.
