We are so happy with our new Mitsubishi heating system. Joseph, the foreman, is great! He was so helpful and attentive to our interests, questions and concerns. The team was efficient beyond expectation. And our home feels comfy and warm. Such a good feeling to be less dependent on fossil fuel. I recommend everyone make this change and use RYCOR HVAC to do it. Thank you, for everything.

Scott and his team are incredibly knowledgeable about HVAC systems, specifically mini splits and Mitsubishi. I spoke with 5 - 7 other HVAC companies in the area and I ultimately decided that Rycor was the best option for us. The pricing was fair and again, Scott's knowledge and importantly his willingness to discuss the system design at length was fantastic. We had Rycor install mini-splits in our home and it was the most pleasant experience possible. Great company! Skilled, responsive, human. Scott and all at RYCOR are an absolute pleasure to work with. Installing three Mitsubishi units in my house was a big investment. They were beyond patient working out all the specs and details, and making sure I got the best bang for my buck -- including maximum rebates. It's been a long time since I've experienced this kind of service. Bravo!

I talked to Scott on Thursday, and he was able to fit me in to install a split-type AC unit the following day due to a cancellation. When the two-man crew arrived, it was discovered that the incorrect unit was loaded onto the truck that morning. After a quick phone call, Scott himself drove from New Paltz to Beacon with the correct unit. He also called another two-man crew to help expedite the installation in a timely fashion. More businesses need to be as caring, honest and professional as Rycor.

Scott and his crew have now installed four separate units in my house, as well as a propane furnace. I have found his prices, service, installation, maintenance, and office staff to be nothing but exemplary in all ways. I met Scott when the furnace of the house I had just bought kicked off, in the middle of winter. 5 star service, very courteous, great servicemen,on time, and very neat work. The units are very efficient. I have not seen a rise on my electric bill and I use them often. Last week we had our third unit installed. We have several neighbors who have used Rycor to install these units and they also love them. Green energy and great proficiency It has been nothing but a pleasure to work with Scott, his receptionist and his servicemen. Highly recommend.

Used Rycor again to adjust my Nest/AC connection. Called last week and had appointment today. They gave me window and called twice today when running behind. Still came even though after 6pm. These guys are great and would highly recommend. Appreciate they kept me informed what was happening. Thank you Rycor!
