I had them over to replace an igniter and water pump for my home heating system. The work they did was fine but they charged me a 500% to 600% markup on the parts ( I was charged $180 for the $30 igniter and $275 for a $40 water pump). Scott explained to me that the company makes very little on the hourly charge for the work so he has to make it up by overcharging for parts. Never again.
Trying to get a quote for installation of wireless thermostats was possibly one of the most inanely time consuming exercises I've been through in my adult life. Numerous phone calls were exchanged between receptionists who are painfully ill-equipped to answer anything but the phones and Scott, presumably the owner, who talks endlessly about how efficient and diligent his team will be once you agree to their service without a price estimate or ceiling on the rates they may need to charge to install a c-wire.
