Thank goodness the technician that came has been here before he knew right away what the problem was. He had the part in his truck—fixed it and figured out why the hot water was so so hot. He is always very pleasant and I told him he was a blessing in disguise today.

My boiler developed a terrible smell late Friday night of Memorial Day weekend. The technician called me on Friday night and assured me we were safe until the morning. He came early on Saturday AM and fixed the problem. I had turned off the boiler so there was no heat and hot water for Memorial Day weekend guests and I was thankful for the quick response on a holiday weekend.

The best recommendation I can give is Christmas Eve in the late 80’s, we came home from midnight mass to no heat....Auto Comfort/TLC was there in less than an hour and had us warm soon thereafter. Have never considered switching since that event.
