My boiler was on the blink. Jamal came to the rescue with 30 degree temps. Jamal was very professional and even provided some tips for upkeep of the boiler. Thanks! Dr. C

HOP's response to a no-heat service call on a Sunday was nothing short of unbelievable. I think the guy was here in 10 minutes, and fixed the issue (air in line) in 5 minutes. Absolutely terrific.

This gentleman did a great job I only have one request money to send the men to clean they have to go through my house and I have a wooden floors and so they need to have booties put on their feet next time please have them bring them thank you bye-bye
