I have been w this company over 40 years and they are excellent in price and service. They take very good cate of us on the maintenance program and always show up quickly if there is a problem. One year they came on Christmas morning! Technician Brad Booth is an ACE. They are honest and fair. Great company. Great people. The billing staff in Chelsea is very professional. Shawn serviced our leaking hot water storage tank this afternoon. He was our hero! He drained the tank, took it off-line so we would still have heat and cold water, and he got the ball rolling for a replacement tank for us. He's wonderfully personable and professional! Many thanks!
