Hop has wonderful customer service and 24 hour technicians and auto delivery. I feel like they have my back in any situation....Its great to know I have peace of mind when dealing with Automatic TlC...

This company has 24/7 service Love it!
I am a 40 year customer. I had to call the service department office on 4 consecutive days before I finally got a call back. A personable and competent technician came the next day and replaced a faulty thermostat. The office part of the event did not meet an acceptable service business standard.
They’re authorized to take a set amount of money each month for payment yet they just took around $2,000 out of my account without me authorizing it. And of course I get notified after hours and there’s no way of contacting anyone.
Worst customer service. Installed a new oil tank and have had 5 calls with no heat. No one has resolved the issue, yet they continue to send us bills for a problem they aren’t fixing. Left three messages to have a manager call me and I’ve heard from no one. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend.
I’ve been with them for 8 years. I am on the budget plan and my oil tank is now empty because they haven’t delivered since March and now our lines are clogged and they are trying to blame us. Sad this is how they treat long term customers. We have an infant at our home and it’s very cold right now. Update Needed a new oil tank. Came to bring me one and they ordered the wrong size. Put a little oil on and I Ran out of oil AGAIN. they did come and put some oil in that night finally put the right sized tank in and I come back ... read more
